Tier 1 Package: The Tune Up

Our 'Tune Up' package will help you get a handle on those messy spreadsheets. Both quotations and invoices will be documented and stored in a database - clearly showing you when potential clients become customers, when bills become due, and when sales become profits. Not only that, you can view all of your statistics in an easy to manage dashboard.

A Breakdown of our Tune Up Package


We will setup clear, concise and simple templates for your quotations and invoices. These templates will be tailored to your corporate identity and carry your branding.

We don't use expensive external applications and invoicing software... Unicorn Data and Analytics has created it's own bespoke invoicing software that is simple but effective - and itilises applications that 99% of you will already have on your PC.



How it Works


The invoicing and quotations are created in Microsoft Excel, sent via Outlook and stored in an

Microsoft Access database. When it comes to processing quotations and invoices, simple automation macros will automatically send bills and quotes to your customers - storing time-stamped copies for your own records.


When your quote is successful, another simple process converts your quotation to an invoice which can be sent and stored in the same method - setting the payments terms and methods that you choose.


The database stores all your quotations and invoices - clearly recording when payments are due and enabling you to keep your payments in order.


The best part? You don't even have to open the database (phew!). We will create for you an incredibly easy to use point-and-click interactive client 'dashboard' - a suite of data for you to view your leads, customers, outstanding and overdue invoices, a breakdown of your income - all filterable and customisable for what works for YOU. Want a record of unconverted quotes once they hit three months? No problem! Want to see invoices becoming due in the next 7 days? Simple. Never lose track of leads or payments ever again.



In Summary


The idea of 'Tier 1' is for the client (you!) to be able to quote, invoice, summarise sales/profits, store and follow up on leads, etc. All in a simple, effective manner - Microsoft-based, very easy to use, and including training on how to use after we handover.
